Before starting any essay the writer should think about what he wants to write and to whom he or she will be addressing and finally what you want to tell the reader. Brainstorming is the first step in the process that clarifies your proposition so that it is presented in the best possible manner to the reader. The writer should write down the main idea of the essay in only a few words and analyze it carefully. Now brainstorm and look at the main idea critically to be able to remove any vagueness and disagreement in the initial idea.
Building an outline in also essential to make the essay well planned and systematic. A well planned clearly specified essay will be much more cohesive and systematically developed. The main idea will flow through to the end of the essay and deliver the message clearly. Developing the outline is essential and after completion of the outline a revision needs to be carried out to add or subtract essential concepts.
The draft follows the outline of the essay which is basically a skeleton of the essay with the important sentences being written down as they come to the mind. This part is not as well thought out as the final essay will be and it is only a written document leading to the final essay.
All through the essay the most important aspect that needs to be taken care of is that all the paragraphs should be linked together and should flow to deliver the final message in the conclusion of the essay.
